8 Week Open Workshop Course
Starting: Monday 31st OCTOBER 2011
Time: 7.00 - 8.00pm Salsa Beginner
This course will cover Cuban Salsa
& LA Salsa couple dancing, ladies and men's turns,
lead and follow, hand signalling, dance patterns
and some Rueda De Casino
(synchronised dancing in a circle)
Workshop Course cost: $105
* All full workshop students will receive a Free practice CD with the course- valued @ $15.
* Classes can be attended as a casual student or full time student.
* Full workshop course attendance is recommended
for faster learning as we follow a 8 week program.

Clothing & Shoes
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Wear shoes that does not have too much grip on the sole
such as leather sole shoes as you will be learning turns and spins.
Avoid using track shoes or tennis shoes as these are made to grip the floor.
For ladies, flat or low heel shoes, avoid open toe shoes.
NO high heels especially when you are just starting to learn.
Medical
Anyone with breathing problems, heart conditions, knee injuries
and who are taking perscribed medication that may effect your health
in any way please consult with your Doctor first before joining any classes.
